  Haleem does a great job explaining the specifics of each move and how you actually train to get to the finish of a rear ***** strangle. Easy to understand for all belt colors, and his teaching skills make these complex moves easy to follow from the beginning thru the end. I think the practice moves are a great way to see the process and get a feel of what you are looking for when applying the rear ***** strangle . He touches on every aspect of each move being shown and does it in a way that everyone can understand. Strongly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their BJJ skill sets.
