Great stuff as usual

Lots of bjj techniques . He works for the hospital, so some of these are also legal to use on patient. these are very practical.
Very instructional
Good approach on how to use this knowledge on the mat and in the street . The instructor and the student shoul be dressed differently so we would be abble to catch more details. Very professional video, it is my second one with Frass Azab and I definitely recommend it.
