Some really awesome, but more importantly, simple but effective Lapel Attacks to add to your game. This stuff is very effective, and gives who ever your rolling with, something to constantly be aware of. Awesome instructional and relatively easy to add to your game.

A lot of interesting options and details perfect for anyone who wants to add some fun stuff to their game. Especially useful for older players! I highly recommend it!

I had been taught a lot of chokes using the lapel, and those are fine, I actually love them, but I wanted some go to techniques in situations where my normal training partners would suspect my typical lapel choke and defend, focus on the choke they see on the horizon and leave other options open for attack, first attempt at the trap side arm bar was a success!
Really enjoyed watching this...
but had trouble implementing the techniques. That's probably my fault.

Great instruction, I’ve been able to add several bits into my game. My regular training partners will often go defensive as soon as I pop the lapel out now.
