Lasso guard
One of my favorite lasso instructional as far as simplicity and fundamentals mechanics. I like how it’s broken down in lasso variations from the opponent being on there knees, one knee, standing etc. at least 3 details per situation.

Lasso From Everywhere
I have several Lasso videos and I keep coming back to Vinicius. Simple and effective. Not overly fancy or require attributes. I am old and can use these. I like how he progresses them from knees to standing. This is a gem for lasso, was on daily deal and couldn't resist. Well worth it.

This instructional is gold and improved my game from the bottom position! Professor Vinny's Lasso is so effective and sets up many offensive attacks. It was great to see all of the angles (3-4 angles) from each major position. The details are key and Vinny explained clearly in every position. Example: elbows in, palms up or else it's not effective. Boom, gold. I did manage to pull off some of these techniques today and was happy to see my bottom game improve and gain confidence.
