  This is a short, digestible instructional that is very different from other instructionals. Not a lot of other instructionals specifically tell you what to do in ashi garami or double trouble. This instructional goes one step further and even gives you counterattacks.

  Ethan is a great instructor from the B-Team and covers in this instructional some much needed leglock counters. As a longtime practioner, I believe that those who are not aware of what goes on in the current meta will be left behind very soon. A must have, especially for that price!
