  This is an excellent instructional covering the outside ashi and reaping positions. I think the material should be accessible to student's who are new to leg locks, but there are also details and insights that are valuable to experienced leg lockers. Taylor's instruction is very clear. I would also strongly recommend his other series "Trials Winning Leg Locks."
