I really like kamils unique approach to the leg locks. I had the pleasure of attending one of his seminars. I learned so much.
Leg Locks From The East
Coach Kamil Wilk shows concepts and techniques in a logical sequence. That makes it easy to follow. You get footlocks via rolling set ups outvof standing which are not for me aka 40+ and stiff knee. But all others no matter if out of passing or from seated or kneeling position are apolicable. I like the backtakes. Especially because they look fancy but based on proper mechanics and short roadmaps. Highly recommend!
