When you have hungry, high-energy grapplers gunning for you on the mats, you need a systematic advantage to maintain your edge, and this series provided exactly that. ​While Danaher's breakdown of breaking mechanics and positional control is incredibly thorough, what truly took my game to the next level were the entries.
