Leg locks for lower belts are criminally ignored. I really appreciate how this was broken down and worked through a progression. Honestly the presenting could use a little polishing but it was far from bad. Would recommend to everyone.

The way Heath and Couch have set this up is perfect for the way I learn. It's literally like a private lesson that they're doing with you and they have a really attractive girl (who I can't stop looking at) that is a beginner learning as they go. Heath asks literally almost every question I would have asked precisely! They're a killer team. My favorite leg Instructional yet!

We tend to forget that leglocks are not only leg entanglements. This instructional is simply amazing - and you don’t risk any dq. For the quality… amazing as everything under the daisy fresh brand.
