Great Stretching Routine, Hardest part is staying consistent
very useful
the key to become a better bjj practitioner
Awesome step by step guide
This is a 10/10, not only does it have all the stretching exercises, but Andrew also walks you through the whole process and tells you how to stretch, how often, where you should be feeling the "stretching" on each position... amazing. Plus, I must say I have noticed improvements in just two weeks by applying it on a daily basis (almost), especially in my guard retention. Planning to be using the content on this instructional quite frequently.
Bit average
Love Andrew Wiltse and all his other videos but felt, for the money, this one was a little basic and not much more than you'd find on a decent yoga YouTube video for free.
Limber Grappling for Health and Better BJJ by Andrew Wiltse
Excellent.. Get it has really opened up my game and made me feel better on the matts.
bendy man
once i get more bendy my guard retention is gonna go from bad to average! love the fact that andrew does the stretching with you and tells you how to get a deeper stretch or the proper place you should feel it.
Feeling Bendy
Great routine, considered my self flexible but after my first session realized I had a lot of work to do.

Wiltse always puts out great content and this is no different. Great instructional to help improve flexibility.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great and Practical
Gives a stretching program that is practical and effective. I started noticing a difference within a couple of weeks of doing this consistently. Full stretching sequence takes 30-40 minutes.
Great instructional
Andrew never disappoints. To the point, well explained
simple but effective
It provides a well structured stretching rutine and some basic knowledge about stretching. Within a week i followed the rutine it has already made me more flexible
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great info

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Nice stretching routine
As an older grappler I have been focusing on mobility. Did get a lot of benefit from mobility exercises but I felt I needed more flexibility. Body feels great after the routine and I am seeing improvement in my “bendiness”
Response from BJJ Fanatics:clap:Great instructional
This instructional is short, to the point and one of the best purchases on bj fanatics. I have been using it daily for the last week and already see results in nagging injuries . I found a bunch of places that where I needed to develop flexibility and the results are fantastic. Buy this!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Finally some static stretching!
He starts with the basics you need to stretch effectively and the instruction on it is very clear. Both here and Youtube is rife with dynamic stretches. I like them too but I needed some static ones to superset with isometrics. This is definitely good for beginners. A lot of the beginners stuff don’t explain things as clearly as this.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great instructional
Really straight forward and nothing crazy that my body cant handle, enjoyed this course
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Very Helpful
Been following the routine after trainings and my guard retention has really improved, makes it a lot easier to get my frames back and overall mobility has shoot up.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Simple way to become "bendy as ****"
At first glance after the purchase I thought that it's not worth its money. It's basically Wiltse's routine with the passive static stretches that majority of BJJ players know pretty well. Still I decided to give this routine a try. Now I'm really more than happy with how it feels and you notice more freedom of movement like instantly. There's not that much pseudoscientific mumbo-jumbo in it, but it ******* works. Simple protocol for a bunch of simple (some of them are not easy though) stretches that despite all of that simplicity work just like magic if done regularly and with correct form and intent. Just this nudge to stop overthinking and start doing the work is golden, but the content itself is legit, of course. The only problem that the hobbyst may find with this routine is the fact that it's length is like 45 minutes and Wiltse is prescribing it in the warmed-up state (after rolling, drilling, or separate warm-up). Not all of us have the opportunity to stay for that long in the academy after training or find that much time for a stretching session with the dedicated warm-up. I found though, that the routine works just fine even before bed without any warm-up, but one just need to be more gentle with the stretches which helps to relax before going to sleep thus aiding with recovery. This way it may take longer to get the needed result, but it still works in the longer run. One can also create a shorter or longer version for oneself cutting/adding the time spent in each stretch or throwing away/adding stretches. Even a couple of relatively short stretches for the most tight areas will do wonders if done regularly.
