hudson taylor is a great teacher. he take you from the real foundations of his sport and drive you around. if you are patient, you can get a lot from his lessons.
I wish I had this when I wrestled in high school, it has very powerful information.
I got a lot out of this series. I have no wrestling background, so this tutorial was precisely what I was looking for. There are 8 volumes in the series covering all bases, which is great if you're new to wrestling like me. I would recommend it to anyone new to wrestling mat work or wrestling in general.
