This learning is so helpfull for breating to the next level
LEGIT
I've trained with Burc in person. The first thing I noticed was well he breathes, the next how calm he was. This is no gimmick. Learn it. I purchased this and it's helped my overall feel while rolling.

Breathing is so important, not only for Jiu Jitsu, but also for life. Burc is an amazing instructor. I really resonated with "the state of zero". The breath-work combined with the movements is amazing and is something I can practice at home. This seems to be the perfect instructional to improve cardio, and have a better focus on the art of Jiu Jitsu.
