  This is a fantastic resource for learning how to work from behind someone. Watching someone like Colby Covington you see so many interesting things but not many places that show how to do it and why. This is great, and shows many ways to mat return, a concept not really familiar to BJJ and Judo people, but incredibly useful in any grappling context.
