  Purchased this as I am horrible at knee cut passes, and getting past knee shields in general. I can’t tell you how much some of the tips in here have helped with that - even something as simple as pushing the opponents leg once you’ve landed the knee in the gap after the cut (better illustrated in the video lol). Also, Kit is articulate, clear, the audio and video quality is great… just a fantastic instructional overall, so worth the money.
