Solid focused instructional
A solid instructional focused on one pass. There are a lot of entries and some troubleshooting. I appreciate the details in the beginning about the position itself and the ways to finish the pass. Would have liked even more details or troubleshooting but it’s also not an expensive purchase so I think it’s worth the price.

K. W. delivers a great series with key details on point! First he is explaining the position un detail. Next he covers how to finish the oass to mount, back and side control. Then he shows entries to the knee weave from takedowns and half guard top and open guards top as well as from bottom connected with sweeps. Furthermore you will get sumissions from the position with and without positional transition: wrustlock, monoplata, baratoolata and ezikiel/head and arm choke. At the end he shows some drils and troubleshooting when the opponent catched a leg, forces turtle or tries to create soace by stretching his body away. Highly recommend!

I'm trying not to leave a bias review because I know Kyle Watson & have trained at his gym in the past. I dont want word spread that I'm trying to help him sell this instructional. Anyway, I'm just now getting around to viewing it all in it's entirety. I must say.. It's outstanding! I truelly believe Kyle has put together a easy to follow dvd set here. Some of it is more complicated to understand but that's Jiu Jitsu for ya. Kyle has a certain way of communicating his concepts to the viewers that make it all worth while. I mean for what it would cost you for a private lesson with him. I'm sure you will get more bang for your buck just buying the dvd. He knows his sh*t and breaks it down clearly for you with this dvd, no matter your belt rank. theres something in it for everyone!
