Really good philosophical approach to making a plan for intentional training.
you will see anohter type of way to look at your own game and work at the whole you might have
just getting back in to training the video gives good information on how to approach training and self organiz to get the most from it
Has really helped me think about how I structure my training.
Love it!
I found the instructional really useful and look to implement what I learned in my future development in BJJ.
awesome video
Kendall does a great job explaining how to accelerate your progress by planning and structuring your training. Not really about specific techniques but a vital purchase for anyone serious about maximizing their training time.
This instructional goes through the process on creating your own gameplan. Then it lays out how to train that gameplan in practise and comp prep. Highly recommend this!
MINDSET AND ROADMAPPING
Kendall breaks down the "how" in building a game plan. so many coaches have talked about having a game plan, but Kendal gets out there and really puts it down in how to develop. Her structure is also designed to really develop a student who will be able to put the pieces of the puzzle of BJJ a lot quicker.
really helped me think about my approach to training
Since becoming a blue belt, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. While my gym mates around me were moving up the ranks, I felt like I was being left behind, not knowing what kind of jiu-jitsu I should be doing from now on. Thanks to this video, I finally sorted out what I needed to focus on. Thank you.
