Stay mobile
Great series to keep you fit and mobile, especially for older grapplers. Great for home in between sessions or as a warm up.
Take care of your body
Jiu jitsu can be hard on your body but with this tutorial on how to prepare it before your practice and take care after it will make the training on your body bearable!
Structured Warm Up
A structured Warm Up that doesn't involve running in circles. You're ready to roll after this, it might be a bit long though.
Useful, easy to implement
Michael Sergi's video series on Mobility Fundamentals is well conceived, carefully explained, and easy to implement.

Excellent
I have not really had a warm up and cool down routine that I was confident in doing what it was supposed to do. Now I've got that! Very well done.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great explanation great way to
Great explanation great way to start and end warmups before class and after.
Good Stuff!
If you do not already have a well-thought out warm up routine, this is a good one to have, and it's offered at a fair price.
Great instructional
This is a must for before and after training. Helps with shoulder tension and just generally not waking up the next day and feeling like a board.

This video can help anyone who practices BJJ to get a better understanding on mobility drills. It offers great information on how to best prepare your body for practice. Sometimes overlooked but especially for the older practitioner a must. The instruction was clear and concise. Michael did a great job!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:A Great Resource
This is a fantastic resource to keep your body mobile and injury-free.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Very clear, concise and useful
I definitely recommend this video, it's one of the cheaper ones which makes it completely worth it. Usually mobility videos are very long and drawn out, but Michael Sergi here did a very good job at giving clear and concise instructions. Also I really enjoy the movements and exercises. The only reason why I didn't give this 5 star rating it's because I would've liked some specific mobility drills for articulations like the knees, ankles, elbows and wrists.
Response from BJJ FanaticsThanks for the review! :hugging:To Help Keep You Going
After a lifetime of athletics, including intercollegiate basketball followed up by years of triathlons, but it was graduate school that messed my body up: suddenly I was sitting for hours at a time studying. Everything got tight--my hips especially. Then I found my way to jiu jitsu in my late 30's. At this point my body was pretty wrecked, and I had sore joints and muscles from years of hard training. When I began jiu jitsu, like everyone I experienced a lot of the initial "growing pains", but Coach Sergi's approach to developing mobility has helped me continue to be able to train through minor aches and pains. Completing the exercises on this video is something I look forward to because I feel better immediately, and I know it helps keep me going. I like it much better than yoga. While these movements benefit everyone--I wish I had followed this program throughout college and beyond--they have certainly helped me as an older/aging athlete.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Good for injury prevention and comprehensive warm up
Excellent product and well worth the money. I have incorporated these routines into my daily warm up and cool down for training sessions. If you're looking for a way to reduce injury and stay on the mats longer, I can't recommend this product enough.

Having been on the warm up and cool down end of Michael Sergi's training for several years, I can vouch for the short-, mid-, and long-term effectiveness of these exercises. Anyone at any level--and any age!!!--would do themselves a solid by incorporating these routines into their training AND recovery regimens. My neck, shoulders, hips, and back *were* problematic. Not anymore due to the benefits of Sergi's mobility/movement help.
Response from BJJ FanaticsNice! :hugging:Excellent source for longevity in jiu-jitsu
Michael's system has greatly improved my mobility and soreness in just a few weeks of use. Training 7 days a week, I was in need of a program to help my recovery. Using these movements before and after training is very easy, with Michael's clear instructions. Thank you Sergi!
