Mr. Gracie does an awesome job of giving you a good fundamental switch from JiuJitsu to MMA. The instructional opens your mind up to whats actually viable from JiuJitsu to MMA.

No ******** just stuff that works in a MMA fight, with modern jiujitsu loosing some of the self defense/mma aspects this is a must have for all mma fighters who want to upgrade their bjj for mma.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:An Invaluable Resource for MMA Fighters and Coaches
Neiman Gracie is a great fighter and a great teacher! This series emphasizes the fundamental skills that all MMA fighters (especially those with BJJ backgrounds) and their coaches should focus on and develop. An invaluable resource for MMA fighters and coaches, but also very useful for all BJJ practitioners who want to extend their game to include striking and self-defense. Highly recommended!
