Top notch instruction
Instruction clarity and details are second to none; techniques are highly applicable to common scenarios in NoGi. I've been using the plethora of neck attacks often, and the details to finishing the arm in guillotine are very helpful. I've only finished the first volume and it was worth it just for that material. I expect the rest to be just as good. Highly recommended including his other instructional on front headlocks.

Really enjoy Ben's instruction -- he does an amazing job of communicating both concepts and the mechanical aspects of techniques. I've been training for nearly 18 years and this instructional is extremely eye opening - definitely leveled up from this material. I highly recommend it.
