Utilizing the overhook
Sensei Sonny Sahota did an amazing job of providing deep understanding of how throws work in an easy to catch way. He teaches how to use the overhook to transition into other grips and ties or execute directly out of it. The overhook is not a defensive reaction ans counter anymore. It is another offensive set up to me!

the "without kuzushi" takedowns may be controversial, but for sure they're effective. worth every penny
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Few instructionals focus on Judo from the overhook
There are a lot of videos demonstrating how to make Judo throws work from an underhook. They are great and necessary. But there aren't many that show you how to do Judo from an overhook. This video fills that void. The presentation is great - short and to the point. Afterwards you will feel free to attack from under or overhooks, which is a pretty good feeling.

I always had the tendency to initiate attacks from the overhook since everyone is trying to get the underhook or they would go for the single leg, this instructional just enhanced my offensive as well as defensive stand up game from my favorite no-gi grip
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Loved this
Very useful techniques, presented in such an articulate yet straight forward way by Sonny Sahota
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Very versatile
This has been one of the most indepth and simple instructions I ever bought. I think these move could also be great to implement for self defense. Great to add for jiujitsu.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Highly recommend
Nice transition video where judo is an effective tool for no gi grappling takedowns. My favourite is ouchi gari and osoto. Excellent teaching method, easy to understand and so many techniques, thank you Sony.
