I've been a fan of Lachlan's for a long time. I really wanted to improve my no gi guard game and find different ways to get into the waiter. I really like the layout of Lachlan's instructionals as he has overviews of sections to see what is going to be taught, he teaches the techniques very concisely. He then has rolling footage where he commentates hitting the moves while training. I always return to his instructionals get more tidbits of knowledge.

My new favorite guard to play as a smaller person. Lachlan teaches how outside position allows you to use the stronger parts of your leg to prevent yourself from being squashed under bigger opponents. My favorite part of Lachlan’s instructional is how he troubleshoots these positions

Even as a black belt having trained for 12 years I’ve picked up some great tips from this instructional. Giles (teacher) demos from lots of different angles so you understand where all the moving parts are. Most of the content can apply to your gi game also so it’s a very versatile system.
