Faria takes you through a series of deceptively simple passing techniques. He spends a lot of time showing variations of each pass based on how the opponent responds. Thorough and easy to understand.

this helped a lot with the over under pass in nogi where you can't you the go for more control
Hands down best pressure passing instructional!
short but sweet
Great instructionnal !
Pressure passing is a choice - you'll give up on ever being an ear model when you decide to slowly grind out passes against opponents whose resistance slowly diminishes. I love it, and Bernardo's videos clearly show you how to do it, but it's not for everyone. Watch some of his matches if you want to see the kind of drive and single-minded purpose you need to pass using this method. As a little guy I love passing bigger opponents using the over/under pass, but it requires some real persistence to inch-by-inch gain ground and retain it. It changed my game, and the physical pressure I'm able to create now when passing translates into mental pressure as well, and it just breaks peoples' will. I'm old, slow, short, inflexible and stubborn, and this was perfect for me.
Good stuff
