Great instructional, exactly what I was looking for.

As someone who has been dabbling in K Guard for the last 12 or so months I have went through the "must views" for the position that were incredibly detailed, but left me chasing rabbit holes without a clear gameplan. Adam has done an outstanding job at creating an easily digestible course that hammers home the fundamentals of the k guard position. (I would specifically designate fundamentals as "most important" instead of "most accessible, even though the details given are accessible and easy to follow for students of any level. I went from being someone who dabbled in the position before reverting back to old habits into someone that was able to breathe newer, even more efficient life into their guard. I'm all honesty, I would even recommend this course to someone that is in the process of developing a strong open guard with the focus on off balances to create high quality attacks. The open guard and back taking details given are top notch and things that I'm already starting to pass along to my own students. I'm conclusion, Adam is a fantastic instructor with an incredible "works cited" list of influences that show through in his clear, knowledgeable presentation. I can't wait for his next product!
Solid Teqhniques
Adam is a great teacher. I bought this instructional to get an introduction into the K guard and see what you can do with it. This is detailed without being TOO much detail. The techniques shown compliment and build on one another and there are little gems thrown out here and there. All in all, a great instructional and I hope to see more from Adam.

In addition to being a decorated competitor who has stood toe-to-toe with some of the best grapplers in the world, Adam Benayoun is an incredibly gifted teacher. As someone who has taken countless classes with Adam, I can attest this instructional is the next best thing if you are unable to learn from him in-person. Adam’s simple, yet descriptive, approach to teaching enables all of his students to quickly learn new techniques and concepts in an efficient manner. After a recent injury, I decided to expand my K Guard game and I am already starting to feel confident thanks to this instructional. Definitely worth every penny!

This is one of best instructionals I’ve seen on this website. K-Guard can be a nuanced position that requires the correct tools to utilize. Adam is able to clearly and articulately guide you through a multitude of scenarios you’ll encounter with this position and provide you the tools to be successful. Highly recommended!
