Good explanation of alternative side control submissions and control
I liked it
Big fan of old school bjj As a older guy this was a helpful dvd
decent set of moves, good if you already have a good foundation. keith seems like a neet guy with a lot of knowledge.
Interesting Twist on Kesa Gatame
This positional adjustment opens up a simple but effective series of submissions. Basically, it eliminates the battle of controlling the close-side arm elbow. Very cool.
I love the barcalounger
Good side control concepts. Bonus: the barcalounger which is a cool position.
Crush bigger, stronger opponents!
I've become Feared and respected in my training rooms with the techniques and concepts taught in this series. At 125 pounds (57 Kilos) I've been able to pressure tap many of my partners that our weigh me by over 50 pounds (20 Kilos). I highly recommend
