Professor Bernardo Faria shows whenever there is a closed guard there is an omoplata. Whenever ther is an armbar or triangle form guard there is an omoplata. He also shows whenever there would be a takedown counter by kimura there is a takedown counter by omoplata. He also points out so well how to keep your opponent into the omplata or how to bring him (back) to the ground and finish it even against locked hands. And how to score if for any reason you cannot finish the omoplata by getting a sweep out of it. Highly recommend!!
