• This is genius

  This stuff is genius, a powerful attacking system that anyone can employ at any age and pretty much any skill level. It should also be noted the production quality is top-notch, gives you everything you need to go out and use the techniques without being so long that you fall asleep on it (Danaher) or so confusing that you have to rewatch it a dozen times.

  I learned a lot, I’ll see if it works on the mat. Adele is an amazing teacher and is able to get across the details that nobody talks about, but which are very important. For example, just the description ofthe overhook position his accident, but I’m sure it will make a great difference.

• Taking closed guard to another level

  Love it, makes the closed guard more dynamic and dangerous by keeping pressure on the top player. Combining the overbook with the “chop stick” concept, makes the closed guard much more continually offensive without the stops and starts.

  Adele Fornarino is an amazing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete who, despite being in the lightest weight class, was the first woman to win the ADCC open class. I truly admire her achievements. Her demonstrations are clear and very helpful. I enjoyed this video so much that I definitely want to purchase her other DVD, "Overhook From Everywhere!!".
