Gustavo teaches you how to be heavy he has a very specific detail on how you want your knees closer when youre knee cutting. Which seems counter intuitive. But man it works. I also find this concept very useful on knee on belly! It has added so much pressure to my game. Def worth the money made my pressure so much better.
