really good information. The four matters really easy to follow.
Great place to start for guard passing and using it to generate back exposure.
Pretty good stuff
Unique approach
Not the most comprehensive but high percentage and tried and tested on the battlefield!
Great details on passes that I believe anyone can make use of. However it's let down by the structure which leaves it a little confusing as to how these passes work together.
Covers basic bodylocking and is well structured
Excellent guard passing blueprint!
Very good instructional lots of details and reaction based.
