This is an excellent instructional on surviving and escaping fully locked in strangles.
One of the best strangle escape / defence instructionals out there, from the best in the business
You might not like his social media persona, but no doubt this guy has some of the best insights. I'm a white belt so surviving is no.1 for me.
Gordon Ryan leaves no stone unturned in this instructional. He goes into great detail on how to escape strangles like the darce, anaconda and more. This dvd is excellent for your defensive journey. I recommend to everyone
Gordon Ryan defense instructionals have made me one the most difficult guys to submit at my academy. This instructional added to that difficulty sparring partners are experiencing.
Awesome!
good
Almost too detailed but great to have as an encyclopedia. Always great to have rolling footage
you are untappable after this
The amount of detail packed in here is astounding. If you are looking to escape strangles... this instructional is for you.
Was able to implement right away during live rolls
After watching this instructional the higher belts are having a harder time submitting me. I find myself surviving more rounds because I can recognize danger easily and know which escapes to immediately go to. Great attention to detail as always.
Amazing content as always.
Strangle escapes have been my #1 weakness coming from a lifetime of wrestling so this was a lifesaver
