  Amazing, the techniques taught are all applicable and can be applied rihht away. The techniques are ones you can you from 15 years old to late 70s, don't require speed or strength just positioning. Yes my 72 year old Judo/Jiu Jitsu sensei uses the folding pass and pressure techniques to go through young black belts, in his words atsuryoku o kakeru.
