I'm not in law enforcement, but I think this course has great material for self defense and/or MMA. It is also cool that it features the legendary Jeremy Horn!
Broad look at how BJJ from a law enforcement perspective
The instructions is good but not very deep in detail and probably best for some attempting to decide if BJJ will help them while on duty. I think it does a good job of providing an overview of that application so you can decide if it’s worth your time and money it takes to develop these skills. This not for anyone already familiar with BJJ.
