  Been following Shawn for years love his concepts on wrestle ups it’s truly an art form in its own and it’s cool to have him show his mix on it

• Guard needs work

  So I can pass a guard, but retention and guard play seem to be an issue. Shawn provides a great resource in this instructional on how to disrupt someone trying to pass my guard. I enjoy his Instagram posts where he sweeps people's legs out and wished he had an instructional and boom here it is. I can't wait to put this into practice.
