• Simple solution to difficult problem

  The content is easily digestible. ch1 cover standing and ch2 inside the guard. The solutions are taught in simple terms -- push away the hips, step over to the opposite side, be a star. Recommend for anyone who want to get over the fear of shooting a takedown and being guillotine.

  One of the biggest instant game changers. As a wrestler I mostly avoid shooting on the legs in jiu jitsu. But Zach really shows some high level details.

  Was a little hesitant, but glad to have got this. Best things are turning someone's guillotine to your advantage when shooting in. The other thing is the "Star" defense for both the Anaconda and D'arce.

• One of the best instructionals around

  Zach is one of the hardest people to choke and also has proven this at the highest levels of MMA. Where he was a Bellator Champion and also went on to fight in the UFC. I think this is a huge section of the game that people typically overlook, but don’t wait get this DVD and level up your defense while staying on the offense ! Thanks Mr. Makovsky !!
