• Highly applicable! Great Information!

  I have a background in corrections and club security. I've been in plenty of **** hitting the fan moments. These techniques are universal to many martial arts systems. It's a simple, but effective system. Large gross motor movements you should drill. When your adrenaline is pumping, you're not going to do anything fancy unless you're a world class fighter, which I'm not and you probably aren't either. I will be sharing these movements with others and recommend they purchase this video series. Thank you.
