Started the program in March, since then I had a noticeable increase in overall strength and gained 18lbs of muscle . Love the program and lifts.
Really helped my strength increase and help me build muscle .
ive read every book louie simmons wote on the conjugate method. i love the system but louies books and videos get very repetitive. dante does a great job of explaining everything to someone like a grappler who isn't completely focused on power lifting.
Helpful and informative unt very in depth on each workout
Excellent instructional covering many lifts in detail and providing an easy to understand overview of the conjugate system. Very highly recommended!
