Fantastic content.
Good
I just started to get into toehold but I like the creativity this video brings and how you can create different attacks off of them
Joe shows lots of quick leg locks from diff positions here. I like this style because it doesn't take tons of movements to get into breaking positions.
I love this technique, but make sure you're at the correct rank to apply toeholds. I learned the hard way—used one I picked up from this video in a tournament and got disqualified. Lesson learned: always know the rules before competing!
People sleep on this guy, but he's really good. A lot of these leg locks come on quick!
These tricks are brutal! Great work, Joe!
great great great job
god
As always with JB - over-delivered. Great from beginning to end!!!
Liked an instructional on an uncommon topic. Improved my understanding of bjj.
His reverse guard, reverse mount & reverse toe hold have all become staples of my leg lock game. It's brilliant and gives some effective yet unorthodox ideas and techniques. Worth every penny.
This is an area that is neglected in a lot of modern training, but the openings exist and lead to other attacks. I’m an older grappler building a game based around some of these set ups. Great to see Joe set up a blueprint.
I found this very easy to understand. He also throws in a whole bunch of heel hook combos. It is definitely worth the money.
