• Triangle - in reverse!!

  This is a triangle I had a lot of difficulty with. It is not as intuitive as the standard triangle from guard. However, Friedrich does a brilliant job explaining this and I have found that I can now perform this technique.

• Reverse Triangles are Awesome

  I am trying to improve my ground game and there are many techniques to develop a great and confident ground game. This video taught me the power in the reverse triangle game and a variety of reverse triangles I could potentially apply to someone. As a ultra heavyweight, I'm pushing myself to maximize the content of this video into my game. Very slept on technique and masterfully taught by Bjorn.
