The takedown setups section was insigful, I am a good wrestler and judoka, but the way Mr. Nurmagomedov explained leverage and distance as well as showed misdirection allowed me to use my skills much more effectively in the context of MMA.

This is a great video. The man is telling you how he controlls his apponents on the ground to deliver punishment how he sees fit. No flash, just good solid techniques that work, period.

Great instruction by one of the most legendary fighters. I would like to see more mma based videos as you have to adjust bjj and striking to mma rules so things are much different as far as application

Khabib keeps it really simple with few techniques. But that´s the key. Don´t try and learn 1000 techniques. Try 10 but regular to become the best.

Khabib shows some of the main moves he uses to control his opponents, explaining the principle of why he's doing it the way he does also, which really helps create a greater understanding of what's going on. This way you know how, why and when to implement these yourself. Highly recommended!!
