this instructional is incredible. Khabib takes relatively basic moves (or what we think of as basic) such as the single leg and body lock for example, and takes them to a very high level. people don't need a ton of fancy moves, they need to drill a few moves highly effectively. this instructional is perfect for doing just that. you get to use the high percentage take downs and top game moves Khabib used and really take your grappling skills to the next level. the content is short, sweet, and to the point without the fluff and without missing out on key details. I highly recommend it

I’ve been training mixed-martial arts and jiu-jitsu for about a year, and although my grappling on the ground is really good, actually getting to that point proved difficult (which is why oftentimes I pulled guard.) This video was a really good equalizer to help my wrestling get to… not necessarily perfect but lay down a good foundation. Khabib puts everything really straightforward, no nonsense.

Khabib shows exactly what he did in the cage and it's bread and butter techniques that he uses and obviously worked at the highest levels. Sambo for Bottom game next please or just more Khabib techniques! Thanks Khabibabi for breaking it down for us

Awesome, the only flaw is that the titles in part 1 are wrong
Did not disappoint, works great for MMA, BJJ, and self defense
Honestly, this instructional is lower priced than what it should be. Khabib is arguably the best MMA fighter in history, never even had a close fight except maybe one early in his career...showing the exact same techniques here he used for over a decade to mow down opponents. "Tomorrow night I'm gna SMESH your boy!"
