I was able to upgrade my defense in closed guard. I now feel very comfortable in the closed guard. Especially the details on breaking opponent's grips was extremely helpful
great structure instructional. learned so much from this and would recommend this to all levels. I gained a lot of confidence defending in the closed guard. especially small details of breaking opponent's grips was amazing.
Help me a lot In m’y bjj Because these concept and technique are easy and effective
Matheus teaches his approach to guard opening. Very good.
Great options to open closed guards and easy reference
good details
This series is a steal for the price. The section on how to avoid sweeps is worth the price alone. You also learn how to defend the most common submissions from inside someone's closed guard. I have bought many instructionals over the years and this one has definitely been one of the most useful. If you find yourself in closed guard often, whether in live rolling or situational sparring then this series will have an immediate impact on your success inside someone's closed guard. Worth more than the cost In my opinion.
great
M. G. put thogether a great series of how to deal with the most common scenarios you have to be aware of when opening the cöosed guard. He shows what to do and what to avoid and beeing aware of. He shows basicallyfour different methods depending on angles and levels of hight which fit very well together and prevent sweeps and upper body submissions while passing. Recommend!
This instructional has great details sbowing how to open your opponents guard without burning yourself out or putting yourself in compromised positions.
