Excellent video with good visuals and explanations
a great course For Understanding Countering In a deeper lvl. many courses show you different counters for every shot, but not the idea how to set this up in a higher lvl and the mindset to make it more solid. explanations of feet positions who will land first and why, what to notice on his body or habits to counter him, many great details like this that will make you a way better counter puncher, i highly recommend for any fighter.
bjj black belt trying to learn striking. This video was very helpful, but I am a southpaw so some of these things are confusing and idk how to apply them in open stance. Trevor Wittman... PLEASE make an open stance video series with counters I would buy it in a heartbeat
Great drills i haven't seen anywhere else. Also Justin Gaethje does a great job. Highly recommended.
This course is well structured and covers many aspects of counter fighting. Concepts are explained well and demonstrated dynamically from various angles, while suggesting options on how to drill what is being shown. Learn from one of the best, and become a better coach or fighter.
Wittman and Gaethje on striking. What do you expect? Very solid explanation of basic concepts, along with brilliant demonstration. I would have loved to see that top camera being used a bit more consistently. Still, well done and worth a recommendation
I have the previous instructional about footwork, and that changed my striking into something far more fluid, I can't wait to incorporate some of these techniques. Trevor and Justin have a very excellent way of explaining and demonstrating techniques. The "Birds eye view" camera is huge to helping me realize what's actually going on.
I love their style
excellent instructional and great details. easy to implement
