Very, simple, direct instructional on takedowns. Joao knows is stuff very well and it comes through here. Joao is one of the few guys that have excellent takedowns along with excellent jiu jitsu skills. Definitely pick up this instructional.

I really like this DVD by Joao Assis. I am a big fan of the body lock and Joao has a lot of useful techniques that I haven't seen, especially the ones with added submissions, you don't get that with your standard wrestling body lock info. I especially became a big fan of Joao and his personality. Look forward to his next DVD.
