• Talk, no action

  Lots of talking about the moves without demonstrating much. Only for very advanced players, and for those who want to play a wrist deep shin to shin instead of elbow deep. Also, he's pinned a holocaust joke using this video series to his Instagram account. There's a large overlap between people who are good at fighting and people who are miserable human beings. Amazing the way someone can master the nuances of thousands of positions but not the nuances of basic decency.

  The small moves a tips to improve your game dramatically. I’ve noticed higher level grapplers using these moves on me as I roll now. World class instruction from a great instructor. The least fluff of any instructor on here. No need to Listen to at faster speed!

• Must have for Seated Guard Players

  Eoghan solves a ton of problems leftover from Gordons seated guard, specifically the typical responses of passers vs. shin on shin. While not necessarily as comprehensive as Gordons, for the brevity of this instructional this is actually a complete system that would probably be actionable sooner for the majority of players. Great technique, Greg Souders would not approve of this DVD and that alone should influence you to purchase it.
