  We really feel that Mateusz is a K Guard Master. He shows every situation you could face. Backside 50/50, front lower attacks, upperbody body attacks ( shotgun armbar, triangle, choibar) sweeps and what the opponent can do to break your K guard.

  This instructional has a good mix of fundamentals and more advanced content. Mateusz is known for his ankle lock but I think his back takes are just as good. I'm glad he takes the time to go into a bit of crab ride here. I'd love to see a DLR/Bolo instructional from him one day.
