Excellent Instructional for Learning Some Wrestling Fundamentals
I’ve been studying wrestling for a while and this instructional really helped me get some missing fundamentals. Was able to help my kids who wrestle as well. Highly recommend!!
Slaying the Competition
Definitly one of the best and most systematic instructionals on ofensive chain wrestling. He builds up system by system and chains it toghether. The techniques are easy to understand and the proper amount of details are catchable within a short period of time. Very concise and suitable for wrestling and jiu jitsu. Highly recommend!!
