Coach and assistant coach are teaching there and they are alternating in teaching. The lead is by the head coach and the assistant coach shiws his style of the moves. As much details as needed as less as possible. So it is easy to get. They call the concept pisition to technique. I would love to see more of them but with a slightly better cut 😉 highly recommend!

Coach Morris really broke down some small but crucial aspects to not only the snap down but also wrestling philosophies I didn't expect. This video is a excellent system to lead a program of beginners with. I am changing my approach to coaching youth wrestling after this, and we already taught these moves. Its the "why" and its simple, head control opens all offense, but early success with this leads to confidence. confidence makes kids willing to try more and learn. They buy in, they commit, they see more results. it's the MF truth.
