  If you’re into spider guard this is a must have. Langhi shows you his well proven system. Though you might be familiar with some of the techniques he has a special take on them, making them likely more efficient Thant the variants that you might be familiar with. It’s not necessary to watch them in order.

  Excellent conceptual approach to spider guard and open open guard in general. No every Position starts from spider, but that's okay for open guard players need to be open minded and sometimes need to go from DLR to spider.

  I play a lot of open guard( spider, de la riva, collar sleeve) and Michael give me entire roadmap to combine all of this techniques. He is great teacher and also, for me, GOAT spider guard player. Cant go wrong with that. 5/5
