Old school BJJ / Judo! Very efficient and very easy to get the concepts
It's great 👍love it
Well explained and valuable info. Highly recommended.
The techniques shown in the instructional work surprisingly good. Well designed for practitioners who have no wrestling or judo background.
Probably one the best standing to ground instructionals I have.
Higgs gives just the right amount of time on each move for you to get it without being overly wordy. He also shows the versatility of each trap with all of the different moves that they cam lead into. Very nicely done by Jeff Higgs with an assist from Dean Lister!
Great that this takedown & trap series revolves around only a few basic, easy to learn & execute low to moderate energy techniques. Transitions and hand placement could be better explained and shown in closeup or slo mo, but this will definitely help you get to the ground with a fighting advantage.
Plenty of good, useful information here. Lots to take notes on and apply to my game.
Great info that is well taught and explained by Jeff Higgs.
A very good tutorial, not the basic judo for jjb you' ve already watched. Very cool stuff that will improve my standing game.
Great video enjoyed it
