F. A. shows his go to moves in competition. First he shows to establish and execute the straight foot lock based on 50/50 with a bunch of variations also using the lapel. Followed you to troubleshoot to finisch the lock. Then he offers some solutions to enter the 50/50 from half guard bottom and top, butterfly guard, classic ogen guard as well as a counter to the toreando pass and from standing. A kneebarvariation is also added. The triangle series offers triangles from lasso gaurd, open guard and half guard. Furthermore he shows some tranisitions to armbars and omplatas form the triangle position dependng on the opponents reaction. A sweep from the tringle position is also there as kind of a variation of the pendulum sweep. The side control part shows how to hit triangles, armbars, head and arm chokes and paper cutter choke as well. Great content!
