Good instructional from a tried and true mma submission wizard! I bought this for the Ezekiel choke mechanics and truly enjoyed the whole thing! Bonus favorite is the scarfhold and the unescapable leg entanglement .

Despite his broken English :) he actually explains the concepts very very well. Noting the important parts of each technique. Don't thing anyone has the Ezekiel Choke figured out like this.

Interesting and Accurate
I just purchased it today. The Ezekiel choke instruction was one of my main reason for buying it. Even though English is not his strong suit, he explained how to do the Ezekiel in an excellent way. He mentioned using a 45 degree angle, and pointed out where to aim the fist. He did a better job explaining the choke than another professor did, who sometimes uses big words. I look up Alexey Oleynik's MMA record. His record wins came mostly by using submission holds, and to a considerable extent the Ezekiel choke. I noticed that many if not all the submission holds he used were listed in the Instructional as well. I figured if he used them in MMA fights that says they passed the test of using them successfully against resisting opponent's. His triangle defense looked unique and something I'd like to put to the test. He said no on taught him it. It makes sense. If you can, pick this up. I'm glad I purchased this. Best!

Very happy with this purchase. Short and to the point instructions, fan of his in the ufc and had to get this. Ezekiel choke drastically improved as a result.

You can absolutely feel comfortable that his techniques are battle tested. His explanations are spot on and how he speaks takes the guess work out of learning the moves. I have been placing my body weight in the exact places he references and I can see the pain on my partners faces. I'm learning to turn some bad positions into submissions and/or learned another option to escape/submit. Great content, effective content!

the insights and details are so impactful because the man has a dearth of knowledge in his 77 match career. I remember watching UFC 273 and how he submitted Jared Vanderra with a scarf hold. having him explain the how and why of this moves effectiveness is a godsend.
